Mercedes turned to PCG to produce a variable data print campaign that personally showed each employee the courses they had completed, the courses they needed to complete and the website the employee needed to visit to be certified. The result: certification compliance jumped to 80 percent.

Mercedes Benz North America had a serious internal problem on their hands. The company requires that all personnel complete a certification program , including all Sales Specialists, Customer Service Representatives, Mechanics, and Service Managers. The problem was that a large part of the MBUSA work force was not participating. Initially 20,000 static postcards were mailed monthly, but response was dismal.
